This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which Digital Choice Hub fulfils and delivers orders to customers across Kenya. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Our logistics processes are designed to minimise handling time and get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

2. Payment Requirements
Payment terms vary depending on your delivery location:

For Cash on Delivery orders within Nairobi, payment (including the delivery fee of KShs 400) must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt of goods. Failure to pay on delivery may result in the goods being returned and the customer being flagged for future orders.
For all orders outside Nairobi, full payment must be received and verified before the order is processed or dispatched.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the point of checkout. If you have questions about payment options, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location as follows:

For deliveries outside Nairobi, a delivery quote will be provided to you after order placement and before payment is confirmed. You may accept or decline the quoted delivery fee at that point.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following are standard estimated delivery windows after order confirmation and payment clearance:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, public holidays, courier backlogs, or remote delivery locations.
5. Customer Delivery Information
To facilitate accurate and timely delivery, customers are required to provide the following details when placing an order:
- Full name (first and last name)
- Active telephone number — a contact you can be reached on at the time of delivery
- Precise delivery location — including estate, street, building name or number, floor, and any nearby landmarks to help our delivery team locate you easily
Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges for re-delivery. Digital Choice Hub will not be held liable for delivery failures arising from insufficient details provided by the customer.
If your delivery location changes after placing an order, please notify us immediately before dispatch. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is already in transit.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing typically takes 2 – 24 hours from the time payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification once your goods are on their way.
7. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to locations across Kenya. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas outside Nairobi may attract additional charges or extended delivery timeframes. Customers in such areas will be informed prior to order confirmation.
If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund of your payment.
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details, our delivery team will attempt to contact you. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Digital Choice Hub is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of placing your order.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging all orders. However, should you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
- An incomplete order
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
